Questions to resolve before installation
How much of the room should I clear?
Clear the entire area in front of the project wall and the path from the entrance to the room. Lux Nook will confirm any project-specific needs before arrival.
Should I remove the existing TV and mount?
Confirm this with Lux Nook before installation. Do not assume an existing mount will work with the approved television or new wall design.
Can I substitute a different TV or electric fireplace?
Not without review. Send the exact model number before buying or changing anything so dimensions, support, power and the finished elevation can be checked.
Do I need to open all product boxes?
Follow the project instructions. At minimum, inspect boxes for damage, verify model numbers and keep all manuals, remotes, brackets and accessories together.
Will there be dust and noise?
Yes. This is a designer-built construction project. The team protects the work area and cleans up, but cutting, fastening, sanding and finishing still create temporary dust and noise.
When can I put décor back?
Wait for the final walkthrough and any care instructions. Paint, caulk or other finishes may need time before shelves and counters are styled.
