- Do you provide design options?A: Yes, we can create 3D visualizations so you can see the final look before installation.
- Q: What deposit is required?A: A 10% deposit secures your project in our schedule. The balance is paid according to the agreement.
- Q: Do you work across Florida?A: Yes, we cover Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, and other areas.
- Q: Is the electric fireplace included in the price?A: It can be included in the estimate, or we can install a unit you provide.
- Q: Do you offer warranty?A: Yes, all our projects come with a 6-month workmanship warranty.
- Q: What payment methods do you accept?A: We accept Zelle and bank transfer. Other options can be arranged upon request.
